Momma + her Girls | Studio Session | Dayton, Ohio
This new studio has given me more space..not just physically, but creatively.
So many of the families I photograph have been with me for a decade or more. The babies I once held and photographed as newborns are now heading into middle school and high school, and I honestly love this season just as much.
Watching kids grow into who they’re becoming is such a privilege.
This session was especially meaningful.
I photographed these girls at birth, and many times since. Now, they arrived as themselves—choosing what they wanted to wear, laughing with their mom, and showing up exactly as they are in this stage of life.
Nothing forced. Nothing overly styled. Just connection.
That’s one of the things I love most about studio sessions now.
The space allows families to slow down and simply be. To create images that reflect who they are right now, not who they used to be, and not who they’re expected to be.
Trends come and go.
Seasons of life matter more. And I’m grateful to have a studio that allows us to meet families where they are and create something real, honest, and timeless together.
